Nomination Process
Charity for Charity intends to achieve these goals through the special and unique event, “Stars of the Valley”, to be held on Feb. 4, 2012. This event will raise funds to grant wishes to residents of the Temecula Valley as local residents pull together to invest in others. A wish experience will be a source of inspiration to the selected beneficiary(s) and have a positive impact that provides hope for the future.

If you would like to nominate yourself or another resident of the Temecula Valley, you can access our referral form below or obtain a copy from a committee member.

Step 1: Nomination/Referral
An individual of any age with a special need may nominate themselves, or a resident of the Temecula Valley may nominate a local resident of any age with a special need to have their wish granted by answering this simple question:
“If you could have one wish, what would it be?”

Step 2: Eligibility
Applicants must do all of the following:
Both applicant and nominee must be a resident of the Temecula Valley.
(Temecula, Murrieta, Sun City, Canyon Lake, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Wildomar)
Applicant must submit a completed application form on or before September 15, 2011.
Recipient must submit a personal video prior to January 7, 2012 to be shown at the event (This can be produced by the Charity for Charity committee). Beneficiaries must sign a contract/waiver stating that the wish has no monetary value, is nontransferable or exchangeable. Minors must be accompanied by parents. Beneficiaries must agree to release all photos and videos to Charity for Charity for press/publication/website usage. This waiver will also release Charity for Charity from any liability. *Recipient must be present at the Stars of the Valley event February 4, 2012.*

Step 3: Decision/Fulfillment
The Charity for Charity governing board will collectively determine whose wishes will be able to be granted. The recipients will be notified on or before September 23, 2011. Fulfillment schedule will be determined after February 4, 2011.
